He is a graduate of the Plastic Arts degree from the National University of El Salvador where he was a teacher for two years. He has done artistic residencies in Nicaragua, Cuba, Mexico, Costa Rica and the United States, currently lives and works between El Salvador and New York.

He has participated in the X Biennial of Cuenca in Ecuador (2009); XXXI Biennial of Pontevedra in Spain; I International Triennial of the Caribbean, Dominican Republic; VI Central American Biennial in Nicaragua (2010); El Cambio, World Bank, Washington and Paris; II Iberoamerican Art Show, Anahuacalli Museum and Cultural Center of Spain in Mexico; CSC Triangle, Ex Teresa; IX Central American Biennial, Guatemala (2014) among others in the United States, Canada and Austria. He has made individual samples in Mexico, the United States, Guatemala and Colombia. Since 2016 he has held international fairs specialized in contemporary art.

He is currently one of the winners of the New Construction Production Grant awarded in 2017 by the Harpo Foundation with the support of the MARTE Museum, the Cultural Center of Spain, La Casa Tomada, Virgin Studio and The Fire Theory.
