In my research process of the camera obscura, after having intended to virtually inhabit it in the video “HOW TO INHABIT AN OBSCURE CAMERA IN 4 ACTS”, I wanted to inhabit the pinhole camera in a real way. Hence, I entered an enormous camera obscura that had the hole in the roof and which projected the sky on a wall. This was the way in which I could “fly” inside a pinhole camera.

For the installation of the video, it was projected in a small mirror in which the image reflected on the roof forming an Icarus. But the small mirror was covered with dust with which a second Icarus was created on it. And the circular projection of the mirror allow for a third Icarus to “escape” which projected itself in the wall opposite to the video projector.
